Susan Hall is our Assistant Manager and has been with the Merle Norman team since 2013.  Susan specializes in skin care, makeup artistry and wig consulting.  She has a passion for customer service and fashion and loves to build lasting relationships with her clients. ALICE MORGAN is a wife and mother to two teenage children and has been a licensed hair stylist for 36 years. She loves helping and servicing people and being in the hair industry allows her to do this in a very rewarding way. Alice loves cutting and styling and specializes in blow outs. She believes that it's not just about making someone look good but making someone feel good about themselves that makes her job so enjoyable. Alice is also a certified nail technician.

SARAH TIDWELL is a wife and mother of three beautiful little girls. She has been licensed since 2006 and has a passion for styling. Sarah is always working to perfect her craft and expand her knowledge of the industry. She is eager to learn new skills and techniques and loves to advise her clients on hair care and products. Sarah specializes in color and up-do's and enjoys giving her clients new looks. Sarah values the close relationships that she develops with her clients and wants them to feel comfortable in her chair. Her goal is to listen to their needs and to make them feel good about themselves when they walk out the door. Sarah is also a certified nail technician.

JODI HUTTON is a graduate of Michigan College of Beauty with a license in Esthetics.  "The guest experience is most important to me. I strive to make each client feel comfortable, refreshed and revived." She has an extensive background in skin care focusing on anti-aging products and procedures. Her specialty here at Merle Norman is facial waxing.  She loves brow artistry and takes her time with each client to insure a very thorough waxing!  Jodi has a welcoming personality and provides her clients with a warm and friendly experience. MICHELLE FINNERTYis the mother of two beautiful daughters. She is the Spa Director for Merle Norman Cosmetics, Salon and Spa. Michelle is a licensed esthetician and make-up artist that graduated from The Gallery College of Beauty. She specializes in body and facial waxing and enjoys providing detailed makeup tips and skin care consultations. Michelle has always had a passion for skin care and is dedicated to teaching her clients how to properly care for their skin. She is constantly educating herself on progressive treatments in order to provide her clients with current knowledge. AMANDA HEINLE has been part of the Merle Norman of Farmington team since 2003. She has managed the Merle Norman studio for several years and with the recent additions, she is now also the manager of the new salon and spa, Rebecca's Wigs and GG's Boutique. She is very proud of the relationships that she has built with her customers. Amanda is passionate and caring and is able to create unique looks that meet the individual styles and preferences of her clients. She prides herself on being very knowledgeable of the product and with staying up to date on current cosmetic and skincare trends. Her patience, love of the product and the importance of customer service shows in all of her interactions.

KAREN GARA is the proud owner of Merle Norman Downown Farmington, Rebecca's Wigs, GG's Boutique and New Reflections Boutique in the Botsford Cancer Center. She has over 30 years of experience in the skin care and cosmetic industry including a certification in makeup artistry. Karen is a firm believer in good old fashioned customer service and delivering a quality product to each and every customer.
